I Run Like A Girl---->Try To Keep Up

Katie and I are about to finish week one of training! 
YAAAAYYYY!

Last week, Katie and I decided to start working out. I thought, what better way to workout than to train for a Color Run! 



For those of you who may not know, The Color Run is "The Happiest 5K On The Planet"! Immediately after hearing about The Color Run, I added to my bucket list as a MUST do! Guess what will be in South Carolina in November?!?! 

YES, The Color Run! Woo-hoo!

I convinced Katie to do The Color Run with me, which means she and I MUST start training NOW! I'm so grateful Katie did some research and found the Couch To 5K training program! It's a 8 week training program to get you from walking to the fridge for a beer to running a 5K! How cool is that?!?! 

And they have an app!!


Things seem to be a little slow for us right now, but I can definitely tell I'm waaaaaay out of shape! I'm trying my best to keep a log and see how much weight I lose as well! I'll be sure to keep you updated with our progress!
